Now more than ever, agencies need to invest in retaining their officers, which includes prioritizing mental wellness. Mental wellness directly translates to officer and community safety. We partner with agencies to review and implement effective, research-backed protocols, partner with peer support, and to provide custom mental wellness packages. We also offer CISM support for agencies with or without existing CISM protocols.
