Payment and Insurance

We are an in-network provider with the following insurance plans in Washington:

• Lyra
• Premera
• Regence

We are an in-network provider with the following insurance plans in Texas: 

• Assist the Officer Foundation (ATO)
• Cigna/Evernorth
• Lyra
• Texas Blue Chip Program

Please note that any copays are due at the time of service, and many insurance plans require you to first meet your annual deductible. You are able to use an FSA/HSA/VEBA card for payment.

If we are out of network with your plan, we are able to provide a "superbill," which you may submit to your insurance carrier for full or partial reimbursement of counseling.  

Some people elect not to use their health insurance due to concerns around privacy. If you do not want to use your health insurance, we accept private pay.
